"I was looking into building my own custom InfoPath form and Access Database for handling invoicing for my print business, when I came across Intuit's Billing Manager online. This is everything I need, plus some! The fact that it's offsite is great for data safety, and it allows me to access my invoices even when I'm not in my studio. I've added my logo and some custom text and now it matches my other forms and brand materials. The features that promote repeatability -like billed products and services - are really turning out to be time savers and it looks more professional to your repeat customers when there is similar language across multiple invoices. The snapshot of your sales tax is a benefit too. No more excel click n' drag. For now, this provides everything I need to stay on top of my accounts."

"I was looking for a web based invoicing system for a few years. I can now create my invoices from my home, office or even right in my customer's office.

"Having difficulty viewing my invoices.
Can only view half of the page. There are no options to increase page size to visualize complete invoice or to create a new invoice. Had computer problems with old computer and have since purchased a new one. Since that point in time this problem has occurred. Please advise ASAP. Many thanks, Dave"

"Very limited feature set, which is a beautiful thing, especially if you need a quick invoicing system for some side consulting work like I do. Email integration gives it that professional touch. HOWEVER, I really need a way to collect my bills by credit card without signing up for the monthly service and applying for underwriting. That is overkill for me--I only collect a payment from my clients maybe once every other month, and its for <$750 typically. And I would happily give you a 2% cut of whatever I collect, you just won't let me right now!"

"The billing manager is a good idea but is too rigid in its format and offers no flexibility for those of us who take advance payments and need to invoice balance due upon completion of work (not date of invoice). It would not let me email a confirmation of deposit received, so ...can't use it."
