"BM is fantastic, it's easy to use. it's fast and tracking payments and overdue items is a no-brainer.
Improved Offline/Mobile access would be desired. I know they have iPhone support but iPhone is a nice entertainment tool, not a reasonable business device. I'd like to see support for Windows Mobile and/or the use of Google gears for offline data entry.
Even with these concerns it's still a great product I will continue to recommend to my friends and clients."
