"Amazingly simple to use, yet looks terrific doing so. I've had clients tell me how impressed they were with my "billing system".

The only thing I can't understand is why there's no exporting of the data to, oh, I don't know, QuickBooks? I mean, this is done by the same people as QuickBooks, yet there is no way to export billing information at all. This means I have to duplicate my efforts and enter invoices twice.

Otherwise, it's a 5-star system."

"Nice custom, easy, invoicing. Great price. Missing four things that I believe would make this perfect, the ability for the client to see all past activity, the ablility to pay for and send a snail mail invoice, ability for the client to pay with pay pal, and the ability to customize the screen the client sees when clicking on their account. However, I believe it is the best free invoicing service."

"Billing manager was such a fantastic find! i have been searching the net for a great online invoicing service and was having not luck until i included the "free" in my search.

I spent over an hour searching the BM site for the small print that tells me the real cost - but when i did find what i was after i was truly surprised to see that it really is free.

My one complaint and i hope this is acted upon, is that it would be fantastic if a few changes could be made by the end user. for example; having an option to spell check as cheque for english speaking countries (UK, NZ, Aust etc), allow other lengths of zip codes, allow more than 2 characters for states - i suppose making it more user friendly for folks that also deal with clients outside the U.S

Also a drop down menu of all our products would be great for my offshore staff who don't know the product list options so well.

I love billing manager - and it's really made things very simple and easy for my offshore staff to update accounts and invoices.

Thanks for such a great service - and when we have need for it we will upgrade to the paid editions - but this is serving us well right now."
