"I am new to this online invoicing and well invoicing in general too. So far things seem good. A lot of options and simple to use. The only problem I have is the box with terms like net 30 or due on receipt should have an option to not include that on the invoice. I think that sometimes with your customers that are loyal to you and always pay that it would be rude to start putting a date on an invoice that they have to have it paid by."

"I really like the product. It easy to use and my customers like it also. It's just a shame that I can not use the credit card and e-check feature because I have a mac instead of a pc. I've called intuit twice and the software is just not compatible."

"It would be great if there was a product search when I want to edit or find one of my products. Either that or list every page not just the first and the last page to choose from. Basically if I have 16 pages of products I have to click through to get to page 10. I can't just click on it or product search directly to it.

Another thing that takes up a lot of time is deleting products. I recently deleted about 50 products which took entirely too long. It could have taken 3 minutes if it was set up correctly but instead I've been here for almost an hour. Why not have a selection box next to each product, then I can check however many products I want to on the page and then hit delete. Instead I can only delete one product at a time and after I delete it it goes back to the first page of products. So if I'm working on the 4th page it always goes back to the first page then I have to click through to page 4 again and delete the next product and repeat for 50 products."

"As a free product it is ok. Does not allow you to create invoice from iphone, not all buttons or features work well with firefox. Interface is not all that intuitive. However for a free product it serves its basic purpose to send an email invoice."

"I signed up for this service so I could enter the credit card info that customers gave me and process the payment. Instead, all I can do is send a fake invoice to myself, wait for the email to come, click the "Pay Online" button in it and proceed as if I were the customer entering the info. I'm NOT happy about this!"

"I own an Network Consulting business. My web presence, and ANY information and media from or about my company MUST be flawless. I have used many types of invoicing, including personal (local installation) business management solutions to SQL web-based solutions. They were all either too inflated with services I would never use, or didn't have any of the convenient features that Intuit Billing has. The web interface that the customer is linked to when they are emailed by the system is fantastic--especially the option to defer payment until due date and be reminded of such. I am always on the road, so it is now impossible to carry invoicing paperwork with me, and this solution is the fastest, simplest, and efficiently sufficient method for invoicing. THANKS, INTUIT!"
